ChickAdvisor wins 2009 Canadian New Media AwardWednesday December 2, 2009
by Ali    Moi presenting the winning pitch before a panel of judges We are thrilled to announce that Last night, ChickAdvisor won the Canadian New Media Award (CNMA) for Hottest New Digital Kid on the Block. Part of nextMEDIA Toronto, the CNMAs are Canada’s only nationwide competition exclusive to digital media properties. Last night’s gala marked the awards’ ninth consecutive year. It took place at the Toronto Design Exchange. The Hottest New Digital Kid on the Block prize is based on innovation, community engagement and monetization. The category is open, but not limited to blogs, portals, videos, social networking groups, Twitter accounts mobile applications, games and wherever digital eyeballs hang out. Read more here.
