To be eligible you must be a resident of Canada or the United States excluding Quebec and where prohibited by law, and 18 years or older at time of entry. Employees of ChickAdvisor and their household members are ineligible. You must complete the ChickAdvisor Fall 2013 Member Survey to be able to enter the Contest. Approximate retail value of the prize is $400 CAD. Odds of winning depend on number of valid entries received throughout the contest. Contest winners will be announced and contacted by email no later than November 1, 2013. Only one valid entry per person will be accepted. ChickAdvisor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for any reason.
