Fashion Challenge Pose Off: Tennis Shoes

In this Pose Off, we decided to shake things up a bit and add a new element in the mix. We issued a challenge in this edition. Mandy and I both had to take a pair of basic tennis shoes and blend them into an outfit, making them as fashionable as possible!

Well chicks, challenge accepted!

We don't want to toot our own horn here or anything, but we think we both did a pretty good job of clashing, mixing and matching to come up with trendy but unique styles.

Mandy

Mandy is going for an old school varsity look. She paired a button down denim shirt with dark skinnies and a letterman jacket. Her tennis shoes match the feel of the outfit but she keeps it from looking too casual by incorporating a great dark wash and a trendy denim shirt.

Alexandra

I decided to do a natical-esque outfit with a cropped sailor's top and wide leg jean trousers. Then I matched this with my tennis shoes which I thought gave it a fun, quirky feeling. I added a basic blazer for the chilly morning and to make it a little more formal.
