My Day in Pictures: June 1

It's pouring rain today and whenever the weather is gray, I like to make indoors as cozy as possible. Luckily I'm working from home and my 4 toothed co-worker is super cute.

I was in a bit of a self-reflective mood this morning so I spent some time with spreadsheets and my old pal, the Bible.  I'm one of those purpose-driven types and it's important to me to evaluate how I spend my time and what I'm doing with my life. 

The number one thing that cheers me on a gloomy day is fresh baked cookies. I made my Grandmother's oatmeal chocolate chip recipe, then promptly ate 4 of them.  My son refused to eat the baby food I put out, opting for my super healthy cookies instead.  There are crumbs everywhere now.

I started testing some exciting new products today from SkinCeuticals and Origins.  Stay tuned!  Oh, and that blobby picture is one of my walls where water is presently seeping in.  We just fixed that same issue last spring.  Balls!

I compiled a bunch of shoes for donation. I hate clutter and to me, shoes I rarely wear are clutter.  I just got those green ones but after wearing once they have become too big.  I'm never buying $30 shoes again.

I used up all of the memory on my laptop and my iPhone.  Not sure how that happened. 

My work day ended with one last shot of espresso from the best coffee maker ever.
