Popular Blogger: Tiffany of 'I Am Style-ish'

Tiffany Ish is one chic Chick.  Her Seattle-based blog I Am Style-ish may have started as a wedding planning guide, but quickly switched from Big Day to trendy Every Day in 2008 – and she hasn’t looked back.

ChickAdvisor: How has blogging affected your life?

Tiffany Ish: I now have friends all over the country and even the world!  I travel a lot and every city that I’ve visited, I’ve been able to meet someone who either reads my blog or who I’ve met through the blogging community.  It’s like having friends everywhere I go and that’s incredible and so fun.


CA: What did you hope to achieve with your writing?

TI:  Blogging became a “creative project” that still hasn’t ended.  I started blogging right before [it] became such a popular thing so I didn’t even know that bloggers were able to reach such a massive audience.  I remember hitting 100 visitors a day and being like “Wow!  100 people read my blog today!”

CA: Since that time I Am Style-ish has grown exponentially.

CA: If you could only wear one pair of shoes for the rest of your life, which pair would you choose?

TI: My Christian Louboutin nude Simple pumps (pictured above).  They go with everything and are so comfortable.

CA: Who is your favourite designer?

TI: Chanel, if I could afford it.  Marc Jacobs for clothing and handbags, and Christian Louboutin for shoes.

CA: If you were on Sex and the City, which character would you be?

TI: I would say Charlotte since she’s much more on the feminine girly side of things and not in a wacky Carrie kind of way.
