Pour Les Pieds Top Rated Products for Fearless Feet

You're sitting on the patio of your favorite bistro sipping on a perfectly chilled Chardonnay. You casually recross your legs, glowing with a fresh layer of sunless tanner and displayed perfectly under a flirty sundress and that really expensive pair of sandals. (But it's an investment splurge, so it's all good.)

The last thing you need to worry about in those killer heels are your gnarly feet - and we're not speaking surfer-ese for sweeeet. Putting your best foot forward might be as simple as hightailing it to the closest nail bar for a quick mani/pedi combo, but the frugalistas in the crowd know a few basic beauty products will keep your tootsies in shape between salon visits. Luckily we're here to offer you a few ChickAdvisor picks:

Best Soak: Johnson's Foot Soap

Johnson's Foot Soap
Yes--this is the only soak listed on ChickAdvisor (and yes, it's my review), but I've used my share of bombs, oils, and bubble baths for an impromptu home pedi and never have I had the same result as with Johnson's Foot Soap. Care to contradict me?

Best Scrub: The Body Shop Pumice Foot Scrub

Exfoliating is so important. And these results are minty fresh.

Best Foot File: The Ped Egg
Ped Egg

Quick, convenient, and nothing is more satisfying than dumping out a receptacle-ful of callous leavings, especially when 10 minutes ago they were still attached to your heels. But buyer beware: estheticians say the Ped Egg is a bad idea, as is any filing system that involves shaving your feet. Safer to use a cheapy foot file from the drugstore.

Best Foot Lotion: Avon Foot Works Pamper Deep Moisture Cream
Avon Footworks

Follow up your pedi with a rich cream, slide on some cotton socks and wake up in the morning with perfectly soft feet. And, this might be part of the home spa your hubby is willing to do for you!

I just used the foot soak again last night... ooooh. Blasted off my yucky callouses too, and this morning my feet are smooth as butter!

When I worked at Rite Aid, I remember the Ped Egg selling like hot cakes and wondering why..I was always extremely put off by it's cheese grater-esque appearance. I may second think buying one now though.

My feet aren't too scary when it comes to the "gnarly" scale but I really dislike feet, so I'm always a little insecure about my own and I found a fresh coat of a neutral or nude nail polish was a great way to silence any foot insecurities I may have, and the nude color was always less noticeable if it started to chip, so I'm less likely to be compulsively repainting them.

This is great^^
It IS important to make sure that your feet look great, otherwise it ruins the look of the sandle, which could lead to the disaster of the entire outfit! (Okay a little bit of a slippery slope there :P)
I didn't realize that foot soaks were so cheap! Will definitely keep an eye out for it. Thanks
