I'm not really a sports person, but I am a total advocate of big sporting events like the Stanley Cup or in the case this weekend, the Super Bowl. The great thing about these games is that everyone's just there to chill, have a good time, eat some fried foods and of course, have a few cocktails! 

If more sports included drinks, I could become a serious sports fan. 

We were recently invited to get a taste of what Mott's Clamato had been working on and they showed us a Super Bowl cocktail recipe that's definitely not run of the mill. It's called a Smoked Out Caesar. It's a Caesar infused with smokey bacon flavour! Now, I like (scratch that, love) bacon and I'm a big Caesar fan, so I'm curious about how these taste together. 


Want to make your very own?  

Here's what you'll need:  
1 Ounce White Tequila 
2 Dashes of Bitters or Liquid Smoke
3 Dashes of Chipotle Sauce
3 Dashes Cracked Pepper and Salt 
4 Ounces Clamato 

For Rimming Glass: 
Ground Bacon 
Smoked Paprika
Rosemary 

For Garnish: 
Baby Dill Pickle 
Smoked Cheddar Cheese

Combine all ingredients in a highball glass full of ice. Roll three times or stir well. Rim with ground bacon, paprika and rosemary. Garnish with pickle and cheese. May we suggest creating a mini pickle cheese-filled sandwich skewered for a cute little bite?
