Lindsay Lohan is at it again. This time, she's forgotten her pants. Now, before I get into anything, I think it's important to note that this look, objectively, is not a good one. However, as far as Lilo goes, it's pretty good for her. Plus, this look is like this close to actually being publicly acceptable.

She looks bright eyed and fresh faced and dare I say it- pretty? The lip is a bit too harsh for me; I would have preferred a darker plum shade but her skin looks glowing and that shadow colour is perfect for fall and winter. Given the right shoe (maybe a fun printed bootie?) and like, actual pants, I think the shirt would have worked in a laid back, chic, fashion blogger way.

So, this isn't perfect, but a step in the right direction, wouldn't you say? What do you make of Lilo's pantless outfit? Is it a yay or a nay? Or somewhere in between?
