Many women are already involved in fitness programs, and this is meant to compliment what they are already doing. Giving your body new challenges keeps it changing and stops you from hitting that "plateau" that we are all too familiar with.
There are two main programs available. For women who want to get fit learning spins, climbs and floor work with choreography, Pole Dance is for you. These classes are offered in graduated 6 week sessions. For women who strictly want a toning and strengthening workout, Pole Fit will do this and more. Anyone who is shy, or has a schedule that does not fit into class times, there are private or semi private sessions available.
We will have workshops offered in various types of Sensual Dance. We also provide parties for various events. These can be tailored to your needs and desires and can be held in our studio or your home. | | | | |
