Hey bubblybunny! I was commenting on Spotty's guestbook when I happened to see your entry from a while ago that you were 37 weeks pregnant. I guess that means you've had your baby by now - congratulations! My hubby and I finally made the decision to stop at 3... it's the right choice, but hearing about others having new babies always gets my ovaries in an uproar. Give your little sweetie an extra squeeze! Sooo precious. :)

Hi Bubblybunny. Great work out advice. I'm going to try the run, walk, stretch thing. And you're right on about doing the exercising almost everyday of the week too. I've just finished with my first week and found that exercising everyday does become a habit especially when it's done early in the morning. Thanks for the post
