I got to try the flawless cleanse facial cleanser & massager in rose gold for free in exchange for my honest review thanks to Butterly and Church & Dwight Canada. Firstly, the colours of the unit, pink with rose gold are beautiful and complementary. The bristles on the cleansing head are silicone and are very soft on the skin. It’s lightweight and very simple to use, press the button on the back to choose one of the four modes (gentle cleanse, deep cleanse, massage or massage and cleanse) and hold for two seconds to turn the unit off. My favourite is the deep clean and massage setting, it provides a lovely gentle massage, and I am cleaning and massaging in one simple step. I applied my liquid facial cleanser directly to the cleansing head, after using my skin wasn’t irritated and felt very soft and clean. I like that I can get a deep clean, I don’t always spend enough time working my cleanser into my skin and sometimes rush when washing my face, this product helps ensure I am getting a better cleanse in a short amount of time. I like that it’s rechargeable and there is no need for batteries making it more eco-friendly! It can be used in or out of the shower as it’s waterproof. Finally, another bonus is that you can apply your serum or moisturizer onto the cleansing head and massage it right into your skin (amazing!). Cleaning the unit is very easy, rinse under the tap and you’re done. This product is very gentle, the only thing I would change is to have a mode that is a bit stronger to get a stronger/deeper massage for the face. Love this new and innovative Flawless Facial Cleanser.

"Product received for free from Grown Alchemist in exchange for an honest review". I got to try Grown Alchemist’s Skin Defense primer for free in exchange for my honest review. This product can be used as a base for makeup or to reduce shine or oil for the skin. I have oily skin, and a product that reduces oil is something that I would love to have in my daily skincare routine. This primer also contains adaptogens such as Ashwagandha to help improve the skin barrier.
The primer comes easily out of the tube and it's very easy to apply. Go light with this one, you only need a pea-sized amount. The texture is clear and gel-like. When I applied it to my skin it just melted in and blended very well into a water-like texture. My skin looked smoother and felt instantly more hydrated. My skin was also matte and without shine. I also found it had a wonderful cooling effect on my skin. I did see a mild improvement in the look of my pores. I tried this product under my foundation and found I was easily able to apply my foundation without any piling. Excellent hydrating primer, 10/10!

I got to try Mighty Patch Original thanks to Butterly in exchange for my honest review. The timing of receiving the product was excellent as I was in the middle of an acne flare-up. I received a full-sized product, a box of 36 patches. These are hydrocolloid patches that pull out the gunk from your pimples overnight. They come in one size and are applied directly to the pimple. I applied patches to pimples in various stages (ones with a white head visible and ones that did not have a white head visible) and I tried it on large blackheads. For pimples with white heads, the patches did pull out the gunk. This is visible on the pimple patch in the morning along with a smaller-sized pimple. For blackheads and pimples with no whiteheads, no gunk was removed. I suggest waiting until you have a whitehead before applying the patches to get the most out of the product. The patches stuck well to the skin and stayed on overnight. I did not have any skin irritation either. These are definitely worth it if you have a pimple with a whitehead. However, I wish the product was able to shrink pimples before the whitehead forms. @herocosmetics_ca -

I was given two sample packs containing two gummies per pack. The gummies contain Vitamin C and Zinc to support immunity. You take 1 to 2 gummies a day. The product is vegan and contains 1 gram of sugar per gummy. They are also free of artificial flavors, sweeteners, preservatives, dairy, egg, gelatin, gluten, nuts, soy and wheat. The gummies are very tasty soft chews and not overly sweet. It’s convenient and easy that with two gummies you can get recommended vitamin C daily intake. With only trying four gummies I can’t comment personally regarding immune support, I would need to try for a longer time. These are very yummy, and I would purchase in the future.

I got to try Aveeno’s Tone + Texture Renewing Night Cream in exchange for my honest review. Thank you, Butterly and Aveeno! I found the product to be hydrating and blended into my skin well without being too greasy. This product exfoliates to help with bumpy skin such as KP. I have KP and I found that my bumps we reduced in size when using the product. I like that the product is unscented and does not contain dyes or parabens. It comes in a 227-gram jar which I think will last a while as you don’t need tons of product. The price is reasonable at under $25. If you have KP that is bothersome, give this product a try.

The product is a combination of three serums that mix together when you push the pump on the bottle. The serums are Hyaluronic Acid, C + Niacinamide Vitamins and Ferulic Acid. This is a time saver and reduces the amount of products to apply and purchase. The directions are to use two pumps and apply to face and neck.I like that there are three serums in one bottle.This seems to be just the right amount of product. The serum goes on smoothly to the skin and upon application my skin felt hydrated and looked visually smoother. I have oily skin so the serum can be a bit heavy for my skin type. The product is lightly scented but not overwhelming. I feel one con of the product is the price tag at $170. Overall this is nice hydrating serum.

Thanks to Butterly and Panoxyl for allowing me to try Panoxyl's PM overnight spot patches in exchange for my honest review. The patches are meant to work overnight while you are sleeping. They are made of a hydrocolloid dressing which is supposed to absorb fluid and pus however, it's not clear if any active ingredients are in the patches. The spot patches came in two different sizes and are easy to apply/remove. I was able to use the smaller patches for smaller blemishes and the larger ones when I had bigger blemishes. My skin tone is fair and the patches blended well into my skin tone and were not overly obivous. The product has no latex, parabens, fragrances, sulfates, dyes or fragrances. I tried these patches on different sized blemishes and on multiple different occassions. I unfortunatly did not find them effective at reducing reducing any of my blemishes nor did I find they were able to speed up healing. My blemishes looked pretty much the same next morning which was disappointing.

Thanks to Butterly and Bai I was able to try Bai Antioxidant Infusion Molokai Coconut drink for free in exchange for my honest review. Each 530mL bottle contains 1 gram of sugar and 10 calories. It's sweetened with Erythritol and with Stevia leaf extract. This drink is infused with antioxidants; vitamin E, polyphenols from green coffee beans and coffee fruit extracts. It also contains 55mg of caffeine, keep that in mind if you avoid drinks with caffiene. I found that I could really taste the coconut flavour, it reminds me of sipping a pina colada on the beach. I, however, find it to be very sweet tasting despite it containing 1 gram of sugar. (When sweetners are used in a drink I tend to notice as I find them very sweet). If you are wanting to try a caffienated drink that's different and perhaps an alternative to your usual cup of tea or soda give this one a try.

Thank you Nair and Butterly for letting me try out the new Nair Pre & Smooth Face Hair Remover Cream Watermelon. The product comes in an a very easy to use tube with applicator which applies smoothly to the skin in a thick layer. The product has a watermelon scent, as the product is on the skin I found the scent fades down. I tried the product following the directions on the box and applied it to my upper lip area. The box warns not to keep the product on for longer than ten minutes and to check the area after five minutes. At five minutes I didn't have any issues. I found at about six or seven minutes in my upper lip began to have a tingling sensation. I removed the product by about nine minutes. I did notice I had a few red patches on my upper lip. They were temporary and went away quickly. I don't have sensitive skin but I would caution if you do to try leaving the product on for a shorter time. The hair was gone after the product was removed. The product works just make sure you stick to the instructions on the box.
