Beauty > A good eye makeup remover?

Mamaluv asked for advice in one of her reviews for a good eyemakeup remover that was $10 or less. I've been using the lifebrand one, but it makes my eyes sting like an inferno so I hardly touch the stuff. I often use handsoap, though I know that's a big no no. Anyone got an ideas?

When I started using water-proof mascara my MAC wipes just didn't cut it anymore. I originally was going to buy the MAC eye makeup remover but didn't have time to go the store and decided to rush to a shoppers. I was surprised to see that few brands carried a water-proof one so I was happy when I saw the L'oreal one. I've been using it for months now and have been happy with the results. Takes it off nice and easy and no stinging! :)

It's $22 but lasts a long time and is my holy grail of makeup removers. I used to use MK's, but this is far superior! It's not greasy, removes waterproof mascara, is gentle and i just love it!
