Beauty Sampling Services

I was looking through all the sampling services for beauty products and I'm not sure which one is the best. (i.e. Sample Society, Birchbox, goodebox) I've looked through the internet to decide but can't make up my mind. Any suggestions, which one would be the best?

I'd recommend on May 03, 2012 @ 11:46 am

TopBox!!!

I've been getting it since March, and I love it. It was recommended on a beauty blog, which is where I first heard about it, so I did some research on what they had given out before, as well as what other boxes give out. Out of all of them, TopBox seemed like it had more brands/products that I would be interested in. Plus it's one of the least expensive sample boxes while still giving you deluxe samples and full sized products.
I signed up in December, 2011, to get my first box in March, because of the waiting list. But in my opinion it was worth the wait, and that just showed me that they are pretty popular so they must be doing something right!

Canadian Beauty box subscritpions on May 03, 2012 @ 04:20 pm

Here in Canada we have four beauty box services: Topbox, Glossybox, glymm and Loose Buttons.

My favorites so far is top box and glossy box. I am getting ready to drop glymm and loose buttons as they haven't been living up to what they promise.

Do they actually give out good brands/products? I have acne prone skin so I'm cautious what I use

When you sign up for TopBox, you get to fill out your "Beauty Profile", which asks you a bunch of multiple choice questions like your skin type, skin concerns, eye/hair colour, etc. This helps TopBox personalize certain products for you, and so far it seems to work out - and I'm sure if you got something that you hated or couldn't use they would help you out.
I have acne prone skin as well, and so far all of the face products I've gotten have been great on my skin :) Hope this helps, and I would for sure recommend doing a search for past TopBoxes online to see if you would be interested in the stuff they send out.

sample sizes? on May 04, 2012 @ 03:50 am

does anyone know the size of the samples? Is it just like little pouches you see in magazines sometimes or actual tubes/bottles with a decent amount product in there?
