I use a foundation from Covergirl that already has primer in it, but before that I used the body shop!

I use the DIOR lip plumping lip gloss. It is very pricey (around $40 CAD), but really juices up your lips! I have also tried Sally Hansen lip plumpers (which are much more reasonably priced), but unfortunately, they just don't do what the DIOR one does!

Honestly as weird as this may sound Mens Nivea Sensitive After shave balm is amazing as a primer. You rub it into your skin until it starts to get sticky then apply your foundation. Lasts all day, minimizes pores I love it. If you look it up on youtube you can see a bunch of reviews on it !

Like the girl above said, the Nivea Men's stuff is really good! I usually switch back and forth between that and my Kat Von D primer, which is also amazing! I've heard good things about the Smashbox primer water as well, but I have yet to try it.

and although it can be tough to find consistently i really like elf's 'plain' one. it's about $8 - $10 Canadian, sometimes i find it at Real Canadian Superstore and really i can't tell the difference between it and Smashbox. I've tried Smashbox, Benefit, Hard Candy, elf, one from La Roche Posay and i keep coming back to elf.
as for lip plumpers the best one so far is Lip Fusion and it's ridiculously expensive, so i use it sparingly but it doesn't seem to sting like many of the others. and they do colours. a close second was the Soap and Glory one but it does 'sting' a bit when you put it on.

I always tend to go back to the Smashbox "photo finish" primer. I love it!! I haven't used a plumper in ages, but I used to love Lip Venom (but it stings a little when applied). I don't even know if it's still on the market.
