Which do you think is better for a bath; bubble bath or those scented crystals? Is one harsher on the skin than the other?Reason I'm asking is I've never used either one of them. Let me know

To be honest I can't use either. It dried out my skin too much

Deffinitely bubbles as they are my all time fave. Not only do they smell amazing and are visually appealing, the kind I get actually helps soften and moisturize your skin. I would reccomend the LUSH store if its possibke for you because I'm in love with their bubble bars. Just crumble under running water and it turns the bath all pretty and bubbly and it smells wonderful! :)
Only downside is that it is a bit pricey for some at $6 - 11 per bar but you don't need to use the whole one for 1 bath. Plus its nice to treat yourself every once in a while so these are my go to guilty pleasures.
If you don't like the bubbles or want something different, get a bath bomb instead of those little crystals because i find they take forever to dissolve (depending on the brand). Bath bombs are just compressed crystals with baking powder like stuff that makes it fizz and disolve into the water better. The LUSH ones are also quite neat because they’re handmade and change with the seasons (jeez this is starting to sound like I'm promoting LUSH lol, i promise I'm only giving my personal opinion.)

I use Epsom salts because of their health benefits. I stay clear of bubble baths after I read that they can cause UTI's in women.

crystals vs bubbles on Jan 07, 2016 @ 04:08 am

BUBBLES all the way. Nothing better than a nice bubble bath at the end of a long day. Not too crazy over the bath crystals I find they have too much perfume and leave a film on my skin. Bubbles are great alone or if you want to share.

BUBBLES OR CRYSTALS on Jan 07, 2016 @ 11:46 am

One of my favorite ways to unwind, relax and read a book is to take a nice long bubble bath. Just one of the simple pleasures in life.
