There are no creams that can actually get rid of cellulite. Wish there were!
|Saje on Apr 24, 2016 @ 11:03 pm|
I recently picked up an essential oil combination called Cellulose from Saje.
I have only been using it for 5 days and I haven't noticed much for results yet.
But.... I did the research and grapefruit oil works well for detoxing.
Grapefruit oil is one of the oils in this product, so I am hopeful.
I will be doing a review on this product in a couple weeks or so.
Let you know how it worked for me. I massage it into the trouble zones
after a shower (suggested to use when skin is warm) everyday. Hopefully,
I will see some results soon.
Also, watch your caffeine intake. Cardio and strength training is very helpful too.

|No cream, but diet and exercise on Apr 25, 2016 @ 03:10 pm|
Not sure about creams as I tend to stay away from them but I know diet and exercise can help with cellulite. I've been following a guide I found here and I'm seeing some results, nothing too crazy though.
Totally agree with Stephs about cardio and strength training!
