Heard of this but under another name. I though this was what was done to minimize age lines in the face.

Never heard of this though I do make some pretty weird facial expressions sometimes! I want to look it up now, especially if its good for keeping age lines away in the future.

I have but id like to learn more about it. From what I saw briefly it helps firm up the neck and jaw as well as the cheek muscles to make cheeks look fuller and more youthful. It's interesting for sure! Let me know if you find out more. I will post my findings too!

It works for age lines but can be useful for anyone who wants to firm their skin. It supposedly lifts your cheeks and tightens jaw lines, etc. I don't have lines but wouldn't mind firming my cheeks up.

I do this at times to help me cope with chronic pain but don't keep up with it in the times I'm feeling fine. I should do it regularly.

I make enough weird facial expressions just throughout the day ^_^
