I tried the Crest Whitestrips a few years ago and although I did notice a difference, the sensitivity caused by this product was unbearable. I'm considering trying the Plus White 5-Minute Premier Speed Whitening Gel or possibly a whitening mouthwash.
Which whitening products would you recommend for a brighter smile?

I have sensitive teeth and find it hard to use whitening products but I tried the Pro Light teeth whitening system and it worked extremely well. It includes a solution, gel and a light. This is what I recommend to anyone who wants whiter teeth.

It's a two-step brushing system that is effective.
Also doing the unconventional oil pull with coconut oil works really well too. One tablespoon of coconut oil, pulled throughout your teeth and gums like a mouthwash for 15 minutes each day.
Do not eat or drink foods that will stain your teeth within the first hour of doing either of these methods.

Thanks! I looked into the Pro Light Whitening System and it seems like a cheaper alternative to the Crest Whitestrips so I will consider that, or I might use the Crest Whitestrips again but alongside a toothpaste designed for sensitive teeth, as suggested. A friend had recommended oil pulling to me too so maybe I will try that before spending too much money on products which might risk making my teeth sensitive again.

If you have teeth sensitivity I would suggest you consult a dentist in your locality before using these whitening products. Because I have heard many whitening products will cause sensitivity and also have a negative impact on enamel. Why don't you go for a professional teeth whitening method? I think it will be safer than this. One of my friends has undergone teeth whitening procedure from a dental clinic in Toronto and the result is quite good. Nowadays there are many dentists who are specialized in this procedure.
If you are looking for cheap products then go for activated charcoal. My teeth are already white in color so I'm using this product to maintain the whiteness.

I use the Crest Whitening strips! They have so many different kinds but basically they work all the same, I prefer the ones you only have to leave on for half hour. I am fortunate I don't have a sensitivity to them at all and they work fantastic!
