I was wondering if anybody knew of any good foundations from Sephora that work for people with normal to dry skin? I'm also very pale so I feel like my options are slightly limited, but I'm usually a Y205 in Makeup Forever's Ultra HD foundation! Just looking to try something new!

If you have dry skin, what others tend to do is mix 2-3 drops of rose hip oil to their foundation! Not only would this help with the dryness, it would also nourish your skin in addition to the foundation! Foundation would also apply more smoothly with the few drops of oil, and if you apply rose hip oil during the night, your dryness would eventually get better. :) Let me know how it goes!
|"water" foundations on Mar 31, 2016 @ 12:31 am|
Both Becca and Tarte have come out with new aqua/water foundations that have been reviewed very well and are great options for drier skin types, which I have as well plus sensitive and acne-prone. Also smashbox has a newer water foundation. I personally have not tried any of those but I use the new mac water weight foundation which I love and has the exact same formula as smashbox one but cheaper (those brands are under the same umbrella company) but if you want something from sephora then mac isn't an option. I can't wait to try the Becca one though. FYI these are not full coverage though and don't use with a beauty blender or it will suck up all the product.

rose hip oil can be found in any health food store! Sometimes they get stocked at big grocery stores in the organic section, such as Real Canadian Superstore! I know for sure that Whole Foods has rose hip oil as well!

I have very fair and dry skin too. I use Makeup Forever Face and Body liquid foundation over their Step 1 hydrating primer and find that it works well.
The other brand i love that isn't a Sephora brand, but is an amazing value is Maybelline FIT Me Hydrate and Smooth liquid foundation. 110 is the perfect colour on me.
