Garnier Campaign already losing points

Got a second notice today that there are issues with the Garnier sampling program that was supposed to take place early January.  First we had to pay a small fee of $1 for the product and now we have no idea when it might arrive.  It's starting to affect my feelings about this product already.  Too bad.

It is a shame that this had to happen, but then again that $1 was donated to a great cause, so it didn't go to waste! And I completely understand the current situation ChickAdvisor is in. They're trying to do their best, but they can't control what happens in regards to Garnier sending over products on time. It's inconvenient, but it's completely understandable. Patience never hurt anybody :)

i am not concerned at all ... it was only one dollar and it was for a good cause... i have complete faith in Chick Advisor to deliver it to me safely as soon as they get it worked out!!! i love all the great freebies so far this year... what a lot of new and exciting things we have to look forward to trying and reviewing!!!!!

I understand your frustration...but I'm grateful CA is keeping us in the loop with what's going on. As frustrated as we are...I can imagine how frustrated the staff of CA are too.

I got my email tonight too very disappointed this is my first campaign and haven't got any since. The $1 doesn't bother me. It just seems endless..

It's a shame that you have to wait so long for your products, but keep in mind that it's the product itself that will be reviewed and not the company. Unfortunately, things like this happen and the reasons behind it are unknown to us. In my experience with Garnier, they've always been punctual with their samples. Maybe they needed a little extra time to make sure everyone paid the fee before being able to make the bulk shipment to CA. In any case, I hope you get it soon.

Hang in there, hopefully the products will be worth the wait!
I missed the deadline for the $1 so it's my own fault I won't be getting this one :p
