How to control hairfall? I usually get a lot of hairfall. I have tried different shampoos but still there is no reduction in the hairfall. Can anyone please suggest me any easy technique(especially home remedy) that would help in controlling my hair fall?

Some ideas I havr read .. on May 30, 2012 @ 02:54 am

Sorry to hear of your situation, I to loose a great deal of hair even when just shampooing. I personally condition my hair before I shampoo. I usually condition, then I brush my hair with conditioner in it. Then I rinse out conditioner, they apply my shampoo, then I condition to finish it of. I have very naturally curly hair and my problem is tangles in massive clumps. I loose about a fist full of hair every time I go through this process. Conditioning first seems to loosen my hair therefore I don't loose as much from breakage etc. Here are a few tips I read about when researching hair loss/fall. Hope you can find what works best for you. Good Luck !!
tip#1...................................…

While bathing, it is better to massage scalp for 10 to 15 minutes.
Massage stimulates the blood circulation in the scalp. Do it everyday,
which will lessen hair loss.

tip#2..................................…

A mix of castor oil and almond oil works wonder for hair loss. Simply
warm an equal amount of these oils and massage into scalp. Shampoo after
30 min. Do it twice in a week and continue using it if you like.

tip#3..................................…

Small (red) onion is a good remedy for treating bald spot. Scrub the
bald portion with onions. It may give a burning sensation, but continue
rubbing for few minutes till it becomes red. Then apply honey mildly.
Rinse it well latter. This will stimulate hair regrowth.

tip#4...................................…

Massage the scalp with almond oil daily till you get results. This will stop further hair loss.

tip#15..................................…

Massage the scalp and hair with coconut milk or Aloe Vera gel. Leave it
for ½ hour, then rinse with warm water. Repeat 3 times a week till hair loss decreases.

A person never knows what will work for them until they try it,each person is different and unique, what works for me ,ay not work for you Good Luck

Thinning Hair on May 31, 2012 @ 09:06 am

Wow- those are great tips! Thanks for sharing, I actually lose a ton of hair in the shower too, I will be keeping these in mind!!

There are also a lot of products coming out on the market made for thinning hair. I know of two: Nioxin
