I do the partial wash on Nov 05, 2013 @ 10:42 am

I have very long hair that's prone to dryness so I often will just wash the front part of my hair to freshen up my look. Afterward, I brush my hair thoroughly to distribute my natural scalp oils so the back hair releases some into the fresh front hair. It is a huge time saver on busy mornings when I don't have time for a full wash, and my hair feels healthier and stronger when I wash it less often overall.

So many brushes out there on Jan 10, 2014 @ 06:30 am

This is an awesome post. I never really thought about how many different kinds of brushes there are available on the market. I use many of the different brushes for various reasons, and it I have different brushes for different times of the year. It is crazy to think about all of the stuff that us women go through in order to remain beautiful. I have a hard time with the thinner brushes pulling out my hair. I found that I needed to make changes in my diet to help correct this problem. I had a huge problem with the weakness of my hair and different brushes. It is nice to be able to really style my hair without having enough in my brushes to make a wig.

One more for your list on Jan 10, 2014 @ 10:16 am

Thank you, I love the post, but thought I would add one that I found about a year ago, that will become a must. It is a detangling brush by Brush Strokes, called Wet'n'Dry, and it is an amazing brush. My hair tangles easily, and can be very difficult after shampooing (even after a deep conditioning), but this brush goes right through, no pulling, and \I have a lot less breakage. I got mine at Sally Beauty Supply, and was around $10. Love it so much that I bought a second!

Great Post on Jan 10, 2014 @ 11:49 am

This is such a great post! I use the Anything & Everything brush, all the time. I do have a curling brush though, for when I'm flipping in/or out my ends. Love it!
