H2O Plus Marine Defense Green Tea Antioxident Toner.
This toner sounds and looks amazing and I really want to buy it, but I don't know anyone who has tried it before and I don't want to spend $18 bucks on something that isn't going to work, when I can go to a local Wal-Mart and purchase something much less expensive.
A little info on the product: Gentle Non-Drying Toner the lifts impurities
And helps condition distressed skin. With
Proven free radical-fighting antioxidants.
Please give me your opinions or if you know of a better toner that I can try, let me know. Thanks!

The Nivea brand toners work pretty well and don't cost so much. You can find them in drugstores. I haven't tried the one you mentioned, but if you do, let us know what you think.

There are 3 types of Nivea toners, depending on your skincare needs. I'll leave you the link so you can check them out. :)
