Remedies For Acne

I
personally hate having any kinds of cuts, redness or the worst
PIMPLES on my face. My skin has never been too bad thank god. When
you have that one BIG blemish on your face it feels like everyone is
staring at it! Many people have tried tons of different products from
clean & clear to pro activ. But do they really work... sometimes.
They can also be costly, so I've researched a bunch of different home
remedies for everyone to try. ENJOY !

Aloe
Vera Lotion

Aloe
Vera can be used for burns, damaged skin & has polysaccharides
which is ideal for skin repair. It reduces inflammation and relieves
the pain of acne it is anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and
antiseptic.

Apple
Cider Vinegar

Referred
to as the “acid mantle” the surface of the skin protects the
inner layer of skin from bacterial penetration.
Dilute apple
cider vinegar with two parts water, and spread the concoction over
your face with a cotton ball as a toner. You can do this at night
after washing, and in the morning before you apply your moisturizer.
You can also dab apple cider vinegar directly onto age spots and
leave them on overnight to lighten their colour.

Garlic

Used
a

face wipe or taken orally, garlic is a detoxifier. This is one of the
best home remedies for acne. Crush it up to release the juices. If
you can stand the smell of course!

Baking
Soda

Pour
about three tablespoons of baking soda on your palm. Add the baking
soda with a teaspoon of water. Mix them together, stir well. Wash
your face so that when your apply the mixture your face is damp.
Apply in a circulation motion. Exfoliate after & rinse. If your
skin becomes dry after just apply your moisturizer.

Epson
Salt Baths

Magnesium
sulphate mineral will help reduce skin inflammation & redness, as
well as cleaning the dead skin cells. Mix a half-teaspoon of Epsom
Salt with your regular cleansing cream. Just massage into skin &
rinse with cold water. Mix together two cups of Epsom Salt & ¼
cup of petroleum jelly. Apply the mixture to gently scrub. Or miix ½
teaspoon of Epsom Salt into a deep cleansing cream so you can reap
the benefits of this mineral deep inside your skin. Massage the
mixture onto your skin & then rinse with cool water. Pat dry.

Lemon
or Orange Peels

Lemon
& orange peels contain citric acid which kills the bacteria
causing the acne & can be applied to the acne area either by
rubbing as a peel or diluted.

Tooth
Paste

Tooth
paste has cleaning properties & will help to clean the infected
area. Just dab it on the areas where you see a pimple or one
starting.

Strawberries

They
are a natural source of salicylic acid, the strawberry should be
sliced & rubbed directly on the infected area.

Hope
this helps! Uncontrollable breakouts could be a symptom of an
overactive sebaceous gland or other condition that will require a
prescription. Drinking lots of water will also help to clean up skin.
STAY AWAY FROM TOO MUCH JUNK & SUGAR THEY WILL FOR SURE CAUSE
BREAKOUTS !!!!
