Argan Oil and coconut oil is always good worked for me after I had my hair dyed. Witth argan oil you can apply it only on the tips. However be cautious your hair can get oily.

Also with coconut oil what I would do is I would apply it in my hair and night and wrap a warm towel around my head ensuring the hair is wrapped tight inside. The next day I would wash my hair. You would want to wash your hair because it can get oily.

Also try not using any hot products, chemicals, hair sprays in your hair for 30 days sometimes not putting anything in your hair can bring it back to its natural form or make it healthy again.

I absolutely love moroccan oil, I have super long hair as well and a deep treatment every few months leaves the ends conditioned.

These girls have said what I would do regarding oils, but my tip would be to warm up the oil for better absorption into your hair. Don't microwave though- just place the amount you're using in a container set in a bowl of warm water. You can also buy vos hot oil treatments that easily warm up in a cup in there packaging.

Also try a mask every now and then, for me it showed a great difference! Maroccan oil and also the mask they have, even if a bit pricey, work wonders! And they last for a long time, too.
