I was wondering if anyone battles dry skin once the weather gets colder, like I seem to deal with every year. Do you change up your beauty routine, and use different products for your hair and skin? I would love to hear some tips and recommendations on how to deal with the extreme weather, while keeping your skin and hair looking fabulous!

I've heard humidifiers help keep your skin from drying out from the heating!

I have had a lot of luck using organic Argan Oil. Just a couple drops in my hair after I shower and on my face after I cleanse and tone. I also get dry knuckles so I rub it in my hands.
Something else that has helped is I take Omega 3 supplements everyday. Someone had mentioned they help with skin conditions so I tried it out and my Dr agreed Omega 3 is a good idea. My hair and nails are growing a lot faster now too

Wow, thank you for all of the replies and suggestions! Argan Oil is amazing. I use it on my hair and face! Humidifiers are a godsend, and totally work, too! I find the dry air is brutal for my skin this time of year.

I double up on my Neutrogena Oil Free Moisuturizer for Sensitive Skin and ensure I spend the time to fully massage the cream into every fine line and every dry patch on my face.
