If your hair looks like its not growing and has been at the same length for years without any progress, then i have the answer for you!
Your hair is probly breaking... as much as i hate to say it, you've got to get all the damaged hair cut off and you've got to start again!
Stop dying your hair and heat styling it, after i stopped doing these things i saw so much growth in the first few months (along side using other growth techniques).
Use coconut oil on your hair before washing it and after, it made my hair so much softer, thicker and healthier!
Taking vitamins is also very important, i took Vitamins for the Hair from Holland and Barrett and also 550mg of Cod Liver Oil by MinaVit.
And finally, wash your hair with very natural shampoos that don't contain silicon and colorants and only wash the roots as washing the ends of your hair may dry them out.
I'm happy to answer any questions!

It all makes sense. I also find washing your hair less frequently helps to keep the natural oils in your length without the need for heavy conditioners.

Way back in the olden days as my kids would say, we only washed our hair every week or so. It didn't get greasy or stringy, always looked nice and you didn't see a lot of thin hair or broken ends. Could all the pollution in the air have a lot to do with how your hair grows?
