I have blue/gray eyes. I am wondering if any one knows what eye liner and eye shadow looks best with my eye colour. Or what colours will enhance my natural eye colour. I have tried eye brights mascara for blue eyes and it didn't do any thing for me. Can any one help me?

It's all about colour and it doesn't matter what brand you choose. For blue eyes, warm colours will really make them pop. It's sort of like the opposite of what you have will be the most complimentary. I have blue eyes too and find that browns, golds or even warm purples and greens look really pretty.
On the other hand if you have warm brown eyes, using cool colours looks amazing.
For one of our makeup tutorials, Mandy used a navy blue on Julie-Anne who has a warm brown eye colour. See how the contrast makes her eyes pop?
Then Mandy did a Makeover with Meredith (who has blue eyes) using browns and you can see how it makes her eye colour stand out too.
It also comes down to how much makeup you are comfortable wearing. The application needs to be strong enough to give that effect. Then of course, be sure to pile on the mascara to make them really stand out :)

I have blue eyes too and browns and purples are my favourite!
I also heard from a friend that if you wear blue mascara, your eyes will look extra blue in pictures -- but I haven't tried it so don't quote me on this one!!

I have brown eyes, and the only thing I've heard is that purple is apparently supposed to bring them out..
Any advice on brown eyes? :)

I have brown eyes and I like to use plums, taupes, and bronzes on most days. If you really want to bring out your eyes, try a metallic navy blue with black eyeliner and lots of mascara. Blues make brown eyes really pop and look warmer & lighter.

Those colours are actually exactly what I wear! Violet, gold, and blue, and I pile on the mascara everyday. I guess I know what I'm doing then haha, thanks! :)

I searched the net and came accross colour theory. If you have gray green eyes and want to bring out the green, use a muted red, a gravey with red wine kind of colour. A dull violet on gray green eyes will make them look a brighter yellow green . This link will take you to where I got this imformation. http://phylliscohen.co.uk/pages/face.html

I have a shade of green that can alter in colour tone depending on what makeup I'm wearing. I've heard that described as hazel, but there is no brown - it's kind of a gray green I guess. Here's what I love to do:
1. Violets & Lavenders - makes my eyes a rich grassy green and probably one of the most flattering looks for me. I pair it with a charcoal gray eyeliner and carbon black mascara, and a sheer cool-red/purply toned lip gloss - sultry!
2. Golds & Bronzes - gives me a summery look that picks up on the subtle yellow flecks. I pair it with a deep brown liner and black mascara, plus a fruity pink gloss - so fresh!
3. Blues & Browns - I can't create this look, but my sister made me over this way and my eyes looked aqua. She used darker navy tones close to the lashline with browns to warm it up a little, then a pop of aquamarine shadow on the lid for fun.
Who said blue-eyed gals have all the fun? Certainly not me :)

I just got a makeover from M.A.C using these colours and they looked amazing:
This was the end result (it's kind of hard to tell from the picture, but you get the idea):
