You know, for the longest time I wasn't at all into hair products. I always thought they would damage my healthy hair. But I'm not that strong and finally gave in to the mousses, sprays and all the fabulous hair products you can possibly find at the drugstore. The problem is that my bottles of hairspray and mousse are getting empty and I don't know how to get rid of them. I try to recycle as much as I can and I obviously don't want to throw them in the garbage, does somebody knows what to do with these containers?

Since different cities may have different recycling standards, you should start by simply calling your city Waste Department, or if you have rural pickup, the garbage company. You could also ask scrap metal retailers in your area if they accept pressurized bottles such as these.
I *think* they are generally recyclable. But it sure doesn't hurt to ask :) Keep us posted if you find out the answer - I'm sure many others would be interested to know!
