I laughed alot reading the thread about Winnipeg winter as I had just finished looking at my flaky legs and my cracked open bloody knuckels. I use Johnson&Johnson SoftMoisture for legs (can't find anymore :(
and Neutragena Norweigian Formula Hand Cream for my hands.
Has anyone tried L'Occitane Shea Butter hand cream ??
Is it any good?
and I'm wondering if this is woth $30?

...when I was out snowboarding. I found it too sticky for my taste. I use the Neutrogena right now too which is good enough (still could do better though).
I recently tried Clinique's Water Therapy Moisture Glove Hand Cream, and I love it. It feels fantastic. :)

I had tried that before and it was pretty sticky and didnt absorb very well... I really like this Shea Body Butter which I use, it is Chocoloaty Strawberries, and the smell is to die for... also its 100% natural and wonderfully creamy! you should give it a shot, plus its and 8 oz for $15.00
that is the link but they do come in other yummy flavors!
|Great product, but pricey! on Jan 26, 2009 @ 01:45 pm|
I love it, but it is pretty expensive. Honestly, the best thing for your skin during the winter is a big whopping dollop of Aquaphor or Vaseline- no joke. After your shower or bath, put either one of those on all over, and your skin will be baby butt smooth in no time. It's way more cost effective, and really, if you're missing the shea butter smell that much, get some and just put a thin layer over the Aquaphor- saves how much you use, but you get soft, yummy smelling skin just the same.

Have you seen the Watkins line of skin care products? They have a spray on body oil that is great and also their Shea Butter hand cream works well too.
