Try the Softlips 5 in 1. They moisturize instantly and last pretty long before have to re-apply. There are tons of reviews on them on the product review club. My lips are super dry as well and they work pretty well for me. I personally like the cube ones. :)

I will definitely try those! I have seem the cube ones before and they looked neat but never tried them myself.

A little bias as I just tested out Softlips Luxe and Cube but they really do work well! I have dried lips throughout the year and I have purchased a few "expensive" lip balms that work really well but my wallet begs to differ. The Softlips products that I just tried work just as well as the "expensive" brands but at a fraction of the price. My favourite is the Softlips Luxe in Silky Shea.

Thanks so much! I like the idea of shea so maybe I will pick up that one!

It's gross but they literally peel off in sheets of dead skin. I have used tons of lip balms. I used to use eos but I found that it would make my lips crack on the sides. Painful. I was lucky to be able to review Nivea products from a Chick Advisor campaign and I received Nivea Pearly Shine. It does have a slight light pink shade so you don't really want to wear it to bed but it really is super hydrating and I definitely recommend it to wear during the day. It helped my lips clear up tremendously. At night I have recently been applying a few drops of Art Naturals 100% pure & Organic Argon oil. It has worked amazingly well and have kept my lips in the best condition they've been in for years. It's 100% pure organic virgin cold pressed argon oil that is unrefined, chemical free and can be used all over the body, including lips (don't lick your lips, it doesn't taste good) and for your hair and nails. I received it for free from Amazon Trader (there's been threads talking about this site lately) and I highly recommend this product, even if you have to pay for it. It's a large bottle with a dropper so you can apply as much or as little as you want. I used it everywhere and it's been fantastic on my lips. It absorbs quickly too. I'm not sure if other pure, organic oils would give the same result but if you already own some you can try what you have, especially coconut oil. Just make sure it's as pure and organic as possible. Good luck!

You can use coconut oil for your lips and on all your skin! Make sure you get the organic kind. It really does work wonders. :)

I have an obsession with applying lip balms on throughout the day and cannot go without having a lip balm with me at all times.
If your lips are dry/chapped/peeling..I highly recommend a scrub before you apply lip balm to remove all the dry skin first! (I use the bite beauty cherry lip scrum).
For affordable lip balms, I stash a Nivea Essential lip balm or Nivea Mint & Minerals balm as they are affordable and I can put one in every single pocket, desk or bag!
For a more expensive product, I highly recommend Kari Gran - Lip Whip (in peppermint?) (can be found in Sephora).. this is seriously the best lip product I've ever used..
