Just wondering if some ladies can help me out with a dilemma I have with Phisoderm's Cleanser.
I really love the product, since I've started using it (back when I got from the Product Review Club!) I haven't really had any major problems with breakouts. The only I have a problem with is the lack of consistency when it comes to the bottles I get.
When we first received it from the Product Review Club I remember it being a fairly thick and creamy cleanser. I then bought it a few times after over the past couple of years and in every bottle the cleanser was very milky and liquid-y (I would have to cup it in my hand to stop from it from running between my fingers). I assumed that this was the normal consistency of the product since every bottle I purchased was like this (also they were all from different stores and over a year or two). Then last month I purchased a new bottle, and just like my very first bottle I got one that had the thick and creamy consistency!
So now I'm just confused.... I have no idea what this product is supposed to be like. Were some of the bottles bad? The product had the same effect on my skin regardless of the consistency, but I do find it weird how different it is with it sometimes being like a cream and others like water!
Any input would be much appreciated! :)

If something breaks down to water like that its gone bad.But try shaking it up first really good to make sure its all blended. Most things have expiry dates on them now even cleansers/makeup etc try look for a expiry date.

That's what I was thinking, but I've read a few reviews online about the product and a lot of people seem to get the really runny bottles which makes me wonder if that's the normal state of it? I checked my bottle and I can't find an expiry date anywhere on it.
Has anyone else used this product regularly and had the same experience?

Phisoderm makes a few different kinds of cleansers. Are you sure you're always buying the same one? i.e. same labels, bottle sizes, colours?
It could be that you're buying sensitive when you want original or the cream cleanser instead of the gel one.
I've used phisoderm in the past and I always use the gel like consistency in the clear bottle.
Here's a breakdown of the different types from the site: http://www.phisoderm.ca/en/products.html#DOWN
