really disappointed with sephora here in montreal

well what use to be my favorite store is no more i guess i cant blame sephora but i am so disappointed that they have removed philosophy from the quebec sephora`s as well as cant really bring in anything new because of no french on the product the philosophy brand was part of store from the start and one of the best products and i was really looking forward to the limited editions for Christmas to be told oops sorry we cant have that in the store anymore...
instead they are brining in body shop products....ummmm ok makes sense since the body shop store in just around the corner from them in the mall (sarcasm) as well as bumble and bumble hair care which can be found everywhere...... sigh i was told i have to either drive to ottawa  or toronto to get what i want ottawa mabe ok only 2 hrs or so but still very disappointed not to mention they have had the same products in the store with nothing new for the past year :(

That is def a bummer I say! I love philosophy's skincare stuff (next to LUSH) and that is quite odd of them to not just provide the french translations? Body Shop is sold in most sephora's in the states since they don't have as many stores I believe so its a good way for them to get market share without mass expansion. Doesn' make sense to do it in Quebec though.

lol you said it our body shop and lush shop are all around the corner from our sephora in the same mall on the same floor so it doesnt make sense for them to be selling thier stuff, i think its also because philosophy would have to foot the bill to have french put on thier products and its quite expensive just so tired of the language issue here i`m english and would like to read my products in english but it has to be covered in french and if not then we cant have it or sell it or buy it :(

just order it online and you won t have this issue...
