i always hear everyone raving about this foundation, so i decided to give it a go myself. well, i HATE it. first of all, it's far too light for my skin tone (which may be a contributing factor to the problem that has lead me to posting this). i have combination skin, so i got the oily/combination version. here's my dilemma:

I find if I use a foundation that doesn't match my skintone (especially if its too light for me), it accentuates all my faults. My skin looks dull, ashy (especially around the chin/mouth area), my pores around my cheeks appear magnified, etc. I would suggest trying to get the proper shade for your skintone and giving it another try. This foundation did get a lot of positive reviews so it's worth a second look.

always try and match your foundation to your skin color in stores it is very hard but dont give up as for a highlight this could be awesome if you wanted to contour your face like most of us do keep it as a highlighter and try again, never give up

I have tried and use Revlon ColourStay and I have to say,I just love it.It matches my complexion perfectly. It stays on all day long and never lets my skin look dull or patchy looking like some other products do as the day goes on.I got the girl at the cosmetics counter to help me pick the shade that's right for me.Maybe, that is what you should try, never give up on a perfect product.
