Does anybody else shop regularly in the Shopper's Drug Mart beauty department and get their samples and freebies?
Last month I received a full-size expensive cleanser, and this month I was given a free Breast Cancer Awareness goodie bag with three CoverGirl Outlast "Stay Brilliant" nail polishes - pink, green, black with sparkles - a Paco Rabanne cologne spritzer, and a NeoStrata All-in-One Night Serum 30mL trial sample! Plus, a $5.00 off coupon if I shop on their event-day for Breast Cancer Awareness.
Curious - are any other Shopper's running these same samples? Sometimes they do. If not, what freebies are you getting this month? :-)

i wasn't aware of these freebies! Are they advertised or do you talk to the cosmetician at the beauty counter? Mine has a beauty gala twice a year and you buy a $10 ticket and get a goody bag with it, plus a $5 coupon for any beauty purchase.

I've never heard of this Gala or goody bag! What the heck? Where do you find out more information?

All locations should have free samples... or at least, they are supposed to. Sometimes, depending on the SDM location and who is working, you may have to prompt them by asking if they have any samples available - which they should at least once a month, sometimes lesser in the Winter as companies don't send many samplers or new products out at this time.
Ask the cosmetician or cashier at the cosmetics counter! You can purchase anything in the store through the cosmetics counter - if you didn't know... great way to skip the long lines at the usual cash. So, even if you pick up tampons, or a snack, or toothpaste, you can grab samples!
May vary per location. But like I said, they should all carry samples at least one a month... or season at the very least!

For the Gala, just talk to the cosmetician at the beauty counter! These aren't too frequent, and are typically sponsored. (This one at my location is for Breast Cancer and a percentage of beauty sales are donated to cause).

I had no idea they had free samples! And you got full sized stuff? That is incredible! I'm going to check this out next time I'm there. The galas at the Shoppers near me are always in support of the Look Good Feel Better foundation.

Most of the time, it's small-sized samples. Now and again, though, you do get a full-size! Like I said! :-)
Can't believe more people don't know about the Shopper's Freebies! Almost every cosmetics or beauty department/store does them.

I haven't received samples at my local shoppers.
Well, not any decent ones that will be more than one use.
I should really ask. I used to work at shoppers.
They always have stuff laying around. But.. my supervisor
told use to save the samples for the good sales. To keep
the big spenders coming back. We made commission there

I didn't know about the freebies but the cosmetician has always been good to me. I got seniors discount before I turned 55 as long as I went to cosmetics on Thursdays she rung it up and bonus 20% off! Love sales! But free is better!

My SDM never has samples. I've asked for perfume samples and nothing.
