Head and shoulders is the only one I have tried for dry scalp, but I found it to be really helpful. I noticed a difference after a few washes

Hi there. When I get dry scalp, such as now, I use a home remedy. It's coconut oil, the organic kind. I just rub a small amount in my palms and massage it into my scalp. I like to do this in the shower, after I wash with shampoo. Then, I use the coconut oil and let it set for a few minutes, then rinse and then use conditioner. If your hair is still feeling a little oily, shampoo again. Some, like to leave the coconut oil in over night. Just put a towel over your pillowcase so it won't get oily. Hope it helps, Ginger.

You are welcome. The coconut oil smells so nice, like you're on a tropical island. I bought some Friday and it's in the baking isle at my US Walmart. They have a few different ones to choose from. I ordered my pooch some from Amazon and it arrived the other day. I've already put his on him for hot spots and dry skin. Ginger

In my opinion joico hair care products are the best and have the best quality! They are a little on the expensive side like there conditioner is $17 but the bottle is huge and it works so well you don't need a lot and there shampoo is just as good. They are professional products mostly salons use it they can be found in salons, sallys, and winners and domestic stores.
