I never have just in the warmer months never thought of it..
|I've been pale since the 80's! on Feb 10, 2016 @ 12:35 pm|
it takes a long time to find a good moisturizer with at least 20 SPF in it, and my favourite currently seems to be taken off the market so I'm back on the hunt. I wear moisturizer with sunscreen all year round and in the summer i slather everything with it when I'm out, as well as carrying a spray version in my purse. I do it mostly because I'm vain and because I burn so easily and quickly and am not willing to put up with the pain of a sunburn.
(i loved Etival at SDM but they seem to be taking it away slowly. i'm trying marcelle right now but it's a bit too light for winter, so i'm still looking. I use Ombrelle products on my body)
but, and vainly, I'll say I look pretty good. I attribute it to wearing sunscreen and eating fat. i can't tell if it's genes too because so many of my family smoked so i can't tell if i'm aging the same way a i don't smoke.
This is a long winded way of saying, what can it hurt.

I've been trying to use it daily, no matter what time of year. I'm outside a lot, and my mom has had some malignant spots removed in the past few years, (she used to tan outside and use tanning beds, and we have fair, freckly skin), so I try to be very careful!

|Sunscreen Year Round on Feb 10, 2016 @ 03:18 pm|
I use year round. It's easier if it's already in your makeup.

I try and buy moisturiser and foundation that have SPF in, you only need a light one during winter. In summer I have to wear strong sunscreen as I am very pale and not used to Canadian heat.

Even though I have darker olive toned skin - I still use a daily moisturizer with SPF (Vichy LiftActiv UV) year round. My Foundation also contains an SPF factor as well. Summer time I also add Shiseido Wetforce for body and face too!

I'm super pasty and burn really easily, so if it's a bright winter day, you gotta do what you gotta do!

I try and apply it all year round. If you're too negligent, just find a primer that's got SPF in it. Some foundations have it as well
