My expectations and seeping light keep me up pretty often.
I have an ipod dock that has the brightest blue numbers that light up the room - I have to cover it to get to sleep.

I definitely have an erratic meal schedule, so that probably keeps me awake along with me over thinking everything.

I'm a pretty low maintenance sleeper. I can sleep in pitch dark or with the light on, in total silence or with people talking loudly in the next room. I usually pack so much into my day so when bedtime rolls around I'm ready for it. Unless I'm really worried about something, I'm usually asleep in 5 minutes.

Beauty Routine?
I don't understand why it is also listed on the top. When I make the mask, I was easy to fall to sleep.

I think the beauty routine refers to those who use creams/face washes etc. that have invigorating properties, that might make you feel more awake?
