I know that many people were receiving sample boxes from these various sample box companies like Loose Button or Topbox.
I decided to try Glymm about 6 months ago and they started to send their boxes late and now I receive an email that they are shutting down. No customer service email to write to, the website is no longer in service.
Anyone have any idea of how to get money back. I paid about 140 dollars for the year and did not get a full year subscription.
Did you guys get the email as well?
What do you think?

This is interesting. I used to subscribe to Glymm (for 3 or 4 months) and I actually hated them. I found them to be a waste of money because all I seemed to get was anti-aging products (I'm 22), and shades of products I would never wear. I'm glad I cancelled my subscription before this happened!

I guess i will fill out one of those complaints. I am not sure what that is going to do. Thankfully I had my receipt email because they shut down the whole site.

@fargiemargie: if you paid by major credit card, you could ask them to reverse the charges (or the appropriate portion). I have had some luck with that approach in the past.
