I finally feel sweat again and getting full during a meal much faster. That signals Spring and summer!! I want to make a good plan for workout this year as i want to build my body. I have this stomach that makes me look like 4 to 5 months pregnant. i got to rid of it and build chest and strong arms. I wish that i can afford those expensive exercise clubs but I will have to work out at home.
Anyway want to hear if anyone else have any workout plans.

I'll be cycling to/from work a lot -- 9 miles one way. I'll do one strenuous hike per week (after work). And I'll hit up the rock climbing gym at least twice a week. You don't have to have a gym membership to stay/get in shape. Just get outside and enjoy what nature has to offer!

I want to spend some time outside too but i think the air quality in Toronto is very bad in the summer. Its hard to breath lots of times.
So jealous that you can bike to and from work without going up and down hills. But you should always follow the traffic rules never break it. I hate cyclists cause they break every single traffic rule in the book.

It's hard especially for guys.
No beer and exercise whenever possible. Walk far into the mall .Take stairs. . Can you run?
