I go through periods of time when I bite my nails, or pick at my face, and these are probably my worst habits! I used to have a lot more actually, like tanning excessively, not putting on SPF, sleeping with make-up on (when I was finally allowed to wear it), etc. What are some of your bad habits and how do you break your bad beauty habits?

I am guilty of all of those!
I bite my nails and cuticles sometime( gross I know). Sometimes I fall asleep with my makeup on ( I cram night before exams, darn school lol). A few years back, I got free tans from a friend's friend who owned a tanning salon. I looked at the pictures from those times, I looked soooooooo orange, frikken oompa loompa! Now I don't tan anymore, because I don't want to look like that!
With nails, I heard some nail product that tastes very bad, are helpful. I just try to maintain manicure. Helps as long as I keep nails looking pretty.
Makeup wise, I keep baby wipes on my night table, so when Im lazy, I just wipe it off.
I still touch my face, but only when I am barefaced, but its not that often.
Can't think of other things right now. Will add more when come up with some :)

I used to pick my nails so badly; eventually I just decided I was going to stop because I deserved to wear nail polish like everyone else. I also am super guilty of sleeping with make up on, and for a while I didn't do anything to protect my hair from the daily blow-out and flat iron regime.

Peeling the flakes of my dry, chapped lips... I know, a big no-no... I am terrible
