I finally have stopped biting my nails and (mostly) stopped chewing my cuticles. I don't pick at my blemishes any more, but now I've picked up the irritating habit of constantly resting my chin on my hand. What a lovely crop of perma-zits I have under there!
What are your horrible beauty habits?

I have always been horrible at plucking my eyebrows and once I start I cant stop trying to even them out!

Seriously... I don't have a desk and chair in the room I'm renting out these next few months, so usually I'm sitting/lying in my bed. This causes me to fall asleep easily, especially right after I've eaten. It's the worst thing ever. I feel like a pig :( AND it's definitely one of the biggest contributors to my weight gain!

I'm really starting to try to stop picking and popping my acne. I really want to start putting my hair up and stop using my bangs to cover it, so.. :$ Fortunately, I haven't picked at 'em for.... a day. I know..ahhahaha. :(

My name is becky and I bite my nails ...
in fact i don't like long nails at all (and I'm innately lazy to the bones), so as soon as they get to a biteable size, i nibble them off ... gross!! I know I know... I should really stop doing that :(

I TOTALLY do that too mamaluv! I wish I could stop but its subconscious most of the time.
My grade 3 teacher hated kids doing that so she would come up behind you, knock your hand out from under your chin and say "Your head can hold itself up you know" SO MEAN .... you think I would have learned though lol

I used to bite my nails, too! But my mom basically forced me to stop. When I was about 12 or so she promised me she would buy a manicure kit if I stopped biting them, I guess I wanted it so bad that I did. I didn't stop picking at my cuticles though! When I start, I really can't stop. Especially with my toes. I'll even have a back ache when I'm done from sitting in awkward positions to try and pick them better.
I would definitely say that resting your hand on your chin can't be that bad of a habit! Rinsing your face when you use the bathroom might help getting rid of some of the oil build up that causes the zits.
My husband is the worst at biting his nails. He stopped for a while but then he started to actually bite the skin off his thumbs and index fingers. He'll do it so much that it bleeds, it drives me nuts and it looks so painful. I feel bad that he's hurting himself doing it but he says he can't control it and will do it without even knowing sometimes.
