At first glance I thought it was funky and really cute but reading your review, I see your point about it looking a little chalky.

I love funky colors like that on toenails, but not so much on fingernails. Toes can be fun and whimsical but fingers tend to be what people see on a daily basis and look more professional w/ a classic color. Just me, though. Shrug.

I am a hand talker and I've found that since I've been wearing this colour people are distracted by my hands.
|I love it on Apr 08, 2010 @ 01:32 am|
I love pastel chalky colours. Although spotty is right, this wouldn't be too much of a professional colour to wear on a daily basis but I do find it summery and fun. I think this colour would look better on hands than on the feet because it's chalky so on the feet it may look a little washed out. YAY for the new Joe Fresh Nail Polish, I'd like to try a few!
|I wanted to try that one too on Apr 09, 2010 @ 08:15 pm|
I was just looking at that one today they emailed me their polishes and at $4 a pop I would try them too. I was thinking of getting that mint colour its similar to one MAC has.

Since your skin is really pale, I don't recommend this color. For someone who is tanned, I would recommend it as it would really stick out.
Based on your skin tone, I would go toward maybe more earth tones or pinks.

I absolutely love fresh colours for spring. The mint is totally in right now and it's a nice splash of colour. A nice light cotton candy and maybe a tangerine this spring also!

I think it looks fine on pale skin actually pastels tend to look better on pale skin ppl. BUT the blue in the green mint can pull out the blue tones to ur skin which might not work if you have olive undertones. The heck tho if u like it then go for it! not everone can get dark skin or wants to for that matter.
