Hey Chicks,

I'm curious - what is your morning make-up routine and what products do you use? Do you go for an everyday natural look, or change it up depending on your mood?

Go!

Most days start with micellar water, toner, brightening SPF lotion from Garnier, eye cream, concealer, the porefessional on problem pores on nose and forehead, translucent powder, blush, eyelash curler, mascara, lip gloss. Depending on time maybe black liquid liner and a neutral shadow. I'm generally doing just a natural look but I do like to play with different look when I have time. Especially love new, bright lipsticks.

My list is ridiculously long!
Haha I didn't realize I used so many products till you asked for the entire regime.
In the morning I cleanse with a micellar water. I have a few brands on the go. Bioderma, Garnier and Simple. I use a neostrata eye cream. Then I moisturize with Garnier anti-fatigue gel.
My makeup tends to change with my mood. But I usually have a foundation, setting powder, and bronzer. Blush if I am feeling cheeky. Currently obsessed with my Trestqiue blush stick.
Then I quickly add some powder to fill in my eyebrows. Next is liner and mascara. DONE. Lol... that's if I am lazy and skip the paint pot, shadow and primer.

I first wash and exfoliate my face with St. Ives Pink Lemon and Mandarin Orange facial scrub. I then moisturize my face with Jergens Vitamin E lotion. I then apply Almay Smart Shade Foundation. I use the Intensify Me Liquid Eyeliner. The mascara I use is the Maybelline Colossal Volume Mascara. My favourite lipstick is Estee Lauder's Rose Tea. That's it.

short list on Apr 05, 2016 @ 03:38 pm

For work days, it's Micellar water (thanks Chick Advisor for THIS find!) loose powder (Cover Girl), Bronzer (Too Faced "Sun Bunny"), brown eyeliner (usually Cover Girl or Avon) and mascara (Benefit or Too Faced...or whatever I'm reviewing lol) Sometimes I'll add a light coloured gloss to my lips. I work in a warehouse, so it's very casual. I don't bother with primer, foundation, concealer, eye shadow, or lipstick unless I'm going out.

My morning routine on Apr 05, 2016 @ 03:41 pm

I start by using Bioderma Micellar water to refresh my face and get rid of the night time gunk ( :p ) Then use whatever moisturizer I am trying out at that time (I am yet to find the holy grail *sigh*) Most of the time I follow up with a dab of TonyMoly Panda Dream White cream as it helps with the redness in my cheeks. That is the basic routine every day.. I follow up with whatever make up look I feel like that day...sometimes full face, sometimes just mascara and liquid lippie :)

So many of you chicks are loving micellar water! I haven't really noticed any difference in my skin with it visually, but you can feel it as you apply it, tightening and really just cleansing! :-)

BB cream finishing powder on Apr 08, 2016 @ 02:21 am

Garnier pure control BB cream all the way! Gives me full natural coverage day time (I have very problematic skin: redness, oily, large pores). Sometimes I also use Rimmel’s Stay Matte finishing powder (when i'm broke) or MAC Blot powder when I can afford it :)
Always clean my face with Neostrata glycolic 4% cleanser and use hyaluronic acid as a hydrating serum (from dr OZ).
Hope this is inspiring! Have agood one!

Moisturizer, spot conceal redness with green concealer, regular concealer under eyes, 1 thin layer of foundation, powder, liquid liner, brow pencil, light brush on cheeks for blush and blistex on lips to hydrate them. That's it!
