take a quick look at this link:
my new's eve dress is the same, only shorter, tighter, and a bright, sparkly torquoise(ish). (think hollywood glam). the cut of the dress in the link is the exact same tho.
1. i know it's winter (and i live in canada), but can i wear a nice open-toe heel? people wear open-toe for proms, weddings, etc., but i don't want to be one of those girls who wears a white summer dress do the bar in feb.
2. what colour - i'm thinking black - accessories (shoes and bag) would look good with this colour of a dress?
3. what colour do i paint my nails? i'm having the most trouble chooising between, black, white, or matching torquoise.

The picture doesn't show for me on that link. In general though I think nail polish should not match the dress. Grey is very popular right now but hard to find. Don't match your accessories to the dress either. Black shoes and a black bag are easier to wear again than turquoise ones. Also it can look to matchy matchy.
