I'm 28 years old, turning 29 at the end of the summer and I feel it's about time to change my look.
I ditched the UGG boots and Lululemon everything a few years ago and have moved on to Guess, but I think it's time for me to move on from there as well.
I want to dress a little older, but not like a grandma!
I can't find any stores (other than Guess or Marciano, but I can't always afford them, lol) that are trendy, but not cheap like Forver 21 and H&M (sorry if you love that store, lol).
I do like some things from Aritizia, but I'm over that flowy everything/no bra look.
I've tried Dyanmite and it just feels so office like!
The only other place I go to is American Apparel.
Any help or direction would be appreciated! Online stores or anywhere in the GTA/SW Ontario location.
Help! I'm having a fashion crisis!
Post pics if you want :)

I like Urban Outfitters and Anthropologie!

I actually occasionally like Forever 21 & H&M (not a frequent shopper there) but they do from time to time have some nice basic pieces that you can pair.
My shopping strategy has always been all over the place, there really is no one store I buy everything from. Aritzia has some great pieces, J Crew has some great pieces, American Eagle (Jeans are fantastic), Joe Fresh (good basic pieces), Gap & Banana Republic
I guess the question is more along the lines of what is your 'look' or what kind of looks do you gravitate towards?
I found it pretty hard in my late twenties to try and transition myself into a more 'mature' (?) look, actually I still haven't quite nailed it yet LOL but I put forth a good effort. Go with what you feel comfortable in!

I absolutely love Zara, and to me it's that perfect combination of Banana Republic & H&M (price and style-wise). It's trendy, yet more sophisticated than H&M pieces, and I find the quality of clothing isn't made cheap.
Hope that helps!

The nearest Zara is a few hours away, but I do like that store.
The quality is much better than H&M and Forever21.
I like the style of Forver21, but I just feel too cheap wearing it... Like I'm a pre teen parading around the mall in my floral print leggings.
I'm actually really into VS Pink!

H&M is for on a budget shopping, ZARA adorable clothes! There's always Winners too, where you can find stylish and great designer pieces that are very affordable.
