I prefer sportscheck because of the variety

I used to love Lululemon but I find that the quality isn't as good as it used to be. Plus they are trying to target more of trends and teenagers and up their prices as well. I actually buy active wear to wear at the gym and yoga so I need to be able to just throw in the wash and not have to hang dry and etc. I can't deal with the delicate care for some of the lululemon stuff I own. I don't wear them as going out clothes or for trend, unless it's the grocery store.
That being said, I recently find that Under Armour is one of my favorite sports wear. It does what I need it to do with exceptional quality. :)

Sportchek for sure. I like Lululemon sports bra, but I find everything else overpriced for the quality you get.

I always shop in the We Made Too Much Section, and just wait for the items to be updated weekly if I require a new piece for my fitness collection.
Their Speed pants are AWESOME for cycling & have vents in the "knee-pit" areas, and wick so well.
There are so many reviews from real people on each piece of clothing as well, so I know whether or not it will be long enough, good for my body type, and any issues that I may encounter.
Even Husband is okay with me getting the occasional piece, as they last for years and fit like a glove that hides any imperfections, making me feel good while working out.
Shopping the WMTM section is actually less than shopping at Sportchek as well for similar brand names like Nike or Adidas.

I find that SportChek has more selection. Lululemon is expensive and limited to specific types of clothing however the quality is excellent. My daughter works at SportChek so she gets a really good employee discount but overall, we prefer SportChek.

Ten or so years ago, almost every item in my closet was Lululemon. I loved it! It was expensive, but it fit perfectly, moved with my body, and held up well. I wore it as workout gear and for everyday life. About five or six years ago, the quality went drastically downhill. I can no longer justify the price with "at least it will last forever!" because it won't!
I'm all about the Sport Chek now. They have a great selections of items and brands, and the website has sales often. A recent favorite has of mine has been Diadora. It's very reasonably priced, and on sale it is even better! It fits nicely and washes well (plus a lot of it can be put in the dryer - no hang drying required!). I live in a cold climate (northern Alberta) and purchase a lot of The North Face stuff at Sport Chek as well, I can't recommend it enough!

Personally I'm not impressed with Lululemon for the price... I can get great workout clothes from Winners for $20-$30! I've bought a few pairs of Lulu leggings over the years and they don't last any longer or look any better than ones I've found at Winners. I've been loving Mondetta, Hyba, 90 Degree and Under Armor lately!
|lulu lemon or sportchek? on Jan 07, 2017 @ 08:36 pm|
lulu lemon ONLY sells lulu lemon however sportchek sells not only one brand but many others, i'd say sportchek where they sell more than tights and too-small of sweaters lol
