I've been over-obsessed with these sparkly numbers lately for evening. It seems like it's all I want to wear, and I'm loving the way these celebs are sporting them, no? I feel like they are more flattering and forgiving because of the looser fit, but you can still pair them with a slim, simple belt if you want to add definition to the waistline.

I'm a big fan of Whitney's look, I like the colour and the pattern and I like the shoes she pair it with. I usually go for pumps booties, I don't love strappy sandals.

I'm with you on the strappy sandals Lauren. Pumps looks so much sexier and more flattering usually!

I have a beaded dress and I love it, but it snags really easy and is very heavy! I can't sit in it or else the beads get tangled and after a while I feel like I am walking in slow motion to avoid snagging and because it weighs so much, haha!

Oh the things we endure to look hot!

The long sleeve styles do look quite heavy! But I love those sleeves - very 70's!
I have a short sleeve one I got at French Connection last year that's not heavy but it does snag! Super cute though!
