NYC of course but I am biased because I am from there :)
I like Tokyo but its too expensive...
I also like the Mall of America, and South Korea (you would be suprised how much brand name clothing comes from SK).

I loved shopping in Paris when I went there, it was awesome!
I thought Amsterdam had some really good shops too.
I haven't been to NY yet, but I am going this year on New Year's so I'm looking forward
to spending a lot of money there! :P
