My friend sent me a link to this blog that she frequents, and I love what Gala Darling has to say about making 2011 one of her best years.

Her Top 10 Things to Keep You Feeling Happy, Healthy and Magical Are:
1) Waking Up Early
2) Eating Raw Food
3) Drinking More Water
4) Exercising
5) Dry Brushing Your Skin
6) Meditation
7) Not Smoking
8) Face Masks
9) Bubble Baths
10) Appreciating The Little Joys


So what would your list be? Is there anything special you do to keep yourself Happy, Healthy and Magical?

-long drives by myself (I know I'm weird)
-going to the spa (my fav: novo spa)
-getting a haircut (something about having someone else wash and treat my hair is just magic in itself)
-wearing makeup (look good = feel good!)
-dress up (same as above)

And although I hate (*gasp*) doing this... Exercise. I hate exercising, but I always feel better after having done it.

You are not alone miss becky, I too enjoy long drives by myself. There is just something fun about being able to crank up the music and do a little dance in the front seat... oh dear did I admit that online?

I'm also right there with you on having someone else do your hair - brings back memories of sleepovers with my friends where we would give each other make-overs featuring teased ponytails and 1,000 bobby pins
